Satin Ice Fondant
Satin Ice is a ready to roll fondant icing available in White, Ivory, Pre-Coloured varieties, all of which have a lovely vanilla taste.
In Australia we also know this icing to be called either Plastic Icing, RTR Icing or Pettinice.
Satin Ice also makes a Gum Paste (known as modelling paste or flower paste in Australia) which sets hard.

Satin Ice is available in 125g, 1kg, 2.5kg, 5kg (commerical only) & 10kg (commerical only) sizes. You may see other colours of Satin Ice available in other countries, however they are not always compliant to the Australian Food Standards permitted colour levels so we are unable to offer them for sale.
