With bold colors and delicious fruity flavors, this ready-to-use glaze will transform any sweet treat.
Its an easy alternative to create fabulous drip cakes, and dipped donuts. No need to freeze the cake beforehand. Just squeeze straight out of the pack!

Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Modified Starch, Thickeners (E401, E415), Flavour (E330), Artificial Flavour, Preservatives (E211, E202), additive (E559), Colour (E133, E102)
As an example: 1 Bag will cover an 8" Cake 2 Layers, or 24 Donuts, or 20 Cupcakes.
Storage: Unused Glitter glaze can be stored in the bag. Turn the cut tip end over and secure with a clip to secure. Store at room temperature.
Time to set: Depending on humidity and the method of application, allow 2-3 hours to set so its no longer tacky to the touch.
Currently Available in Blueberry Blue and Lime Green - Note, other colours are not available via Roberts Edible Craft, due to their non compliance with Australian & New Zealand Food Standards. We are developing more colours to suit our local market.
HOW DO YOU COVER A CAKE WITH GLITTER GLAZE?
1. Cover cake with a smooth, even layer of buttercream, rounding the top edges of buttercream. Place on the center of a turntable to begin.
2. Measure ½ inch up from the tip of the bag and cut.Starting in the middle, slowly spin the turntable and squeeze the glaze on top of the cake. Work your way out to the edge,covering the top and forming a large tight swirl.
3. To smooth the glaze on top of the cake, use an offset spatula and apply light pressure on top of the glaze while spinning the turntable.
4. To cover the sides, slowly spin the turntable and squeeze the glaze around the top edge for two complete turns. As the glaze falls down the sides, spin the turntable a few times so the glaze moves quicker. If necessary, use the spatula to gently smooth the sides
HOW DO YOU MAKE A DRIP CAKE WITH GLITTER GLAZE?
1. Cover cake with a smooth, even layer of buttercream, rounding the top edges of buttercream. Place on the center of a turntable to begin.
2. Measure 1/4 inch up from the tip of the bag and cut. To achieve the drip effect, start at the top edge of the cake and squeeze the glaze in spots where you want a drip. For short drips, squeeze lightly. For longer drips squeeze with more pressure.
3. After adding the drips, you will want to fill the center of the top of the cake with the glaze. Smooth out the top by putting light pressure on top of the glaze and spinning the turntable.
HOW DO YOU DECORATE DOUGHNUTS WITH GLITTER GLAZE?
1. Cut the tip of the Glitter Glaze bag.
2. Squeeze the glaze into a bowl, use your hand to dip the top of the donut into the glaze.
3. Before the glaze sets completely, add any extra desired decorations.
