How to Use Dry:
Use a soft decorators brush to polish dust directly onto finished chocolate pieces, shards, decorations, fondant, royal icing, gum paste, flowers and figurines.
Use also in our plastic chocolate moulds, simply dry brush the inside of the mould cavity with the dust before adding melted chocolate.
How to Use Wet:
The lustre polish can be made into a paint and used Wet. Create a quick drying edible paint by mixing the lustre polish with drops of Roberts Decorators Alcohol Rose Spirit .
Note: When some of the Lustre dusts are used as a paint onto white fondant, the colour will appear lighter than when it is used as a brushed on application on dark or milk chocolate.
