Add to icings, cake & biscuit batters, fondant crème, fillings, ice-cream & macarons when you want intensity of flavour matched with the fragrance of the flavour . Add to melted chocolate buttons, ganache, butters and fat based products to add intensity of flavour. Also suited to high temperature baking applications for retention of flavour strength.
Note: Flavoured Essences are not oil soluble, and therefore are not suitable to flavour chocolate. It may cause the chocolate to seize, as you as you are adding a water-based product to an oil based product. Our Flavoured Oils are best suited for Chocolate applications.
