Transfer sheets, or "transfers," are a sturdy but flexible plastic sheet screen printed with an edible ink in a repetitive design.

You can use the transfer sheets on any flat chocolate surface or make and apply to decorate biscuits, cakes and deserts.
Just spread melted chocolate over the transfer sheet and when it sets the design will be transferred to the chocolate – you can achieve amazing and professional results with ease.
Transfer sheets can be used with any type of chocolate.
Milk or dark chocolate will show gold designs to their best advantage, white chocolate will highlight pastel or lighter colors with great effect.

Our transfers are screen printed directly onto the clear acetate backing sheet, so there is no milky or cloudy base layer you find with transfers that have been printed through a photocopier/printer.

One the chocolate has set and you peel away the acetate sheet, it will be a clear and sharp pattern that has transferred.

Each sheet is for one application only.
You can cut the sheets to the specific size you require and can tape them together on the underside to make longer strips.
