About The Brand
Roberts Edible Craft was established nearly 40 years ago in the 1980s.
Historically we were known as Roberts Confectionery and started our early days at the Dandenong Market and Oakleigh factory, in Victoria. It was the first company to introduce Australians to the concept of DIY chocolate making. We still have customers to this day that remember the delicious tubs of fillings and flavours that found their way into their home pantries.
From those early beginnings, Roberts Edible Craft has grown into the company it is today, supplying an extensive range of cake decorating, chocolate making, and edible crafting products throughout Australia, New Zealand and International.
You can find us in major craft retailers as well as private and independent store fronts, on-line sellers, commercial distributors and private label.
Our product range is developed by us in Australian and we undertake extensive research, testing, and trouble shooting to design products that work exactly how we want them to. We don't engage in generic bulk buys or low quality gimmicks. Our customers rely on us to present products that work each and every time and that is our core test for every product that makes it into our product range.
It is very important to us to support local business, so the majority of our range is proudly made right here in Australia. It is packed with lots of care and love using Australian ingredients and materials. If you aren't sure which of our Products are Australian made, then please ask, we love to brag!!

Roberts Edible Craft is powdered by a team of amazing people. It may surprise you to learn, the majority of them are women. We have the best bunch of talented, dynamic, creative, diligent, hard working, task focused and tenacious people, under our roof, which makes creating the Roberts Edible Craft brand so much fun. But before you ask, "but where is Robert", we can say, there isn't a Robert but there is a fantastic, Jo, Donna, Stacey, Jane, Renay, Saliha, Elaine, Ashley, Alison, and a Lex,
