Shipping within Australia
Shipping is performed by our preferred Courier and different couriers may be used for different locations. Roberts Edible Craft reserves the right to source the best available courier for the destination being delivered to and for the type of parcel being sent.
Customers will be notified when their product has been shipped. Allowance of up to 10-14 days should be given for products to be shipped following receipt of payment from the customer. However in most instances, we will be able to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of payment, and we will always choose the fastest shipping method possible. Our default shipping method is via Aramex, Direct Freight and Australia Post if a PO Box is Selected..
90% of our orders are dispatched within the next business day and generally arrive with 2-3 days. However as we are reliant on 3rd party providers, we can not guarantee that will be achieved for every order placed.
A tracking number will be provided.
If you select a PO Box or Parcel Post Locker, we are unable to use a courier delivery method. If selecting a PO Box or Parcel Post locker as your delivery address, your parcel will be sent via Australia Post and additional time must be allowed for delivery. Even if the Priority Handling shipping method has been selected, your parcel may still be sent via Australia Post Standard parcel delivery due to size or cost of your order. A tracking number will be provided. Parcels sent via Australia Post are dispatched once per week (generally on a Wednesday or Thursday).
Our Mini Order Standard Freight option is only available for purchases less than $15. Orders sent via this method will be sent via Australia Post Standard parcel delivery or alternative courier. . Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. A tracking number will be provided.
Our Priority Handling / Delivery freight option provides a priority handling of your order. It will be fast tracked in terms of processing and dispatch. Your delivery location or address may impact on our ability to provide subsequent priority delivery. (see also Parcel Post, PO Box and International Shipping) In 85% of cases, our Priority Handling option, will result in successful delivery within 1-4 business days. Priority Handling does not mean Australia Post Express, as this often has a longer delivery timeframe due to the once a week collection service, so alternative carriers will be selected.
International Shipping
The fixed shipping costs added to your shopping cart are for products shipped within Australia ONLY.
Shipping costs to countries other than Australia is pre-determined based on the weight of your order.
We have pre-set shipping costs to USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, China & New Zealand. Additional countries are coming soon.

How Much is Postage?
Our Postage rate is a flat fixed rate and is determined based on your State Location. This is to anywhere within Australia. It is not dependent on weight or size of your order, no matter how much you order the postage will be the one flat rate. You can calculate shipping costs as part of your Cart Review.
What about if I want my order sent Overseas?
See our pre-set international shipping rates to the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, China and New Zealand. Parcels sent overseas are via satchels sent via Economy International delivery with Email Track Advice.
Are you open to the public?
We are not open to the public, for on spot purchases, however we do run a Click & Collect Service via our Online Site.
Please select Click & Collect from the shipping options during the check out process.
Collection if from our location at 149-151 Atlantic Drive, Keysborough Melbourne VICTORIA.
Pick Up is available Monday to Friday ONLY from 8.30 am until 4.30 pm.
Please allow 24-72 hours for turnaround of your order. You will receive a further confirmation email when your order is ready to collect

Email us or complete the form below, with your suburb and we will try to match you with the closest stockist. Should we not be able to match you with a retailer close by, you are able to purchase via our website.
Returns:
Due to the nature of the items we sell, we are generally unable to accept returns on food items.
