Chocolate Transfer Sheets - Easy as....
worked first time. Considering I'd never used chocolate and or transfer sheets, I'm really happy it went well....

transfer sheet problems
This is the first time that I have used chocolate transfer sheets and although I closely followed instructions the transfer onto the chocolate was not very good. There is no mention of chocolate temperature in the instructions so the problem could be that I need to use a higher chocolate temperature than the tempering temperature of 35 deg C. Comments from Roberts Confectionery Yes that definitely would have been the problem. If the chocolate is too cool, then the transfer won't occur. But please contact us so we can assist further.
