Flavoured Oils

Our Flavoured Oils are clear or pale colour oil soluble essences.  

They are high strength and highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way.

 

They add flavour & match the aromatic scent.   

 

Our Flavour range is categories into:

 

  • Flavoured Food Colourings - they flavour, add colour and match the aromatic scent.  They are a opaque colour in appearance.
  • Flavoured Essence - they flavour, but don't colour and match the aromatic scent.  They are generally clear or pale colour in appearance.
  • Natural Flavoured Essence - they flavour, without colour and match the aromatic scent and are derived from natural sources.  
  • Liqueur Flavours - they flavour and add aromatic scent to mimic traditional spirits and cocktails.    
  • Flavoured Oils  - they are highly concentrated, and oil soluble making them suited to flavouring chocolate and high temperate baking applications

Add to icings, cake & biscuit batters, fondant crème, fillings, ice-cream & macarons when you want intensity of flavour matched with the fragrance of the flavour .  Add to melted chocolate buttons, ganache, butters and fat based products to add intensity of flavour.  Also suited to high temperature baking applications for retention of flavour strength.

 

Note: Flavoured Essences  are not oil soluble, and therefore are not suitable to flavour chocolate.  It may cause the chocolate to seize, as you as you are adding a water-based product to an oil based product.   Our Flavoured Oils are best suited for Chocolate applications.
