The Satin-Fine texture allows it to be rolled very thin wihtout tearing.

Satin Ice Fondant is available in a great range of pre-mixed colours
You can also mix different colours together to achieve new colours.
Just use the Satin Ice Colour Mixing Guide to create the colour you need, often matching to close pantone colours.

You can also mix any pre coloured Satin Ice Fondant with the Satin Ice Gumpaste (normally a 50 / 50 mix) if you need your fondant for modelling and flower work, and require it to dry quickly and to a hard format.
