We call it Fruity Tingles Mix
A unique edible blend of Non Pareils, Pearls and Jimmies in summer sunshine & sherbet inspired colours.
Suitable for decorating on buttercream, ganache, royal icing, fondant, meringues, chocolate, donuts and ice cream.
Product is to be stored in cool dry conditions, away from direct sunlight, heat or humidity.
If stored correctly, product should have an 18 month shelf life.
Ingredients: Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Fat (Emulsifiers (492, 322 Soy Lecithin), Glucose (from Wheat) Colour (102, 110, 120, 122, 123, 124, 132, 133, 171), Glazing Agent (903, 904), Vegetable Gum (414)
