Suitable for decorating on buttercream, ganache, royal icing, fondant, meringues, chocolate, donuts and ice cream.
Product is to be stored in cool dry conditions, away from direct sunlight, heat or humidity.
If stored correctly, product has a shelf life of 18 months.

Ingredients: Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Fat (Emulsifiers 492, 322 - SOY Lecithin), Glucose (Wheat), Rice Starch, Corn Starch, Wheat Starch, Wheat Meal, Flavour, one or more of the following colours (102, 110, 120, 122, 123, 124, 132, 133, 153, 155, 171, 174), Glazing Agent (904, 903), Vegetable Gum (414).
