Suitable for decorating on buttercream, ganache, royal icing, fondant, meringues, chocolate, donuts and ice cream.
Product is to be stored in cool dry conditions, away from direct sunlight, heat or humidity.
If stored correctly, product should have an 18 month shelf life.
Ingredients: Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Dextrose, Corn Starch, Dextrin (1400), Magnesium Stearate (470b), Vegetable Fat (Emulsifiers 492, 322 - SOY Lecithin), Glucose (Wheat), Vegetable Gum (414), and may contain one or more of the following colours (102, 110, 120, 122, 123, 124, 129, 132, 133, 153, 155, 171), Mica (559, 171), Glazing Agent (904, 903).
