If cooking under high heat, colours may run and stain cooking tins, if there is previous or new oil or fat residue in the tins, or if cases are overfilled.
if this is a concern, you should line the tins with additional paper lines.

Cup Cake Wedding Cake
I have to put together a cup cake wedding cake based on a purple and orange colour scheme. Have done a test run with cases and they are great, stay in shape and keep their colour. Love the flavoured colourings too.
