Rolled Fondant Icing - White - 500g
Great for seasonal baking.
A cost effective white fondant, great for Christmas Cake Decorating.
Best before stamped 30th October 2022.
Product is still suitable to use, it just may require extra kneading or warmth to get it to soften for rolling.
Combine with our Mixed Fruit 500g Pack, Spiced Cake Mix 400g & Panettone Moulds, to create a delicious and decorated fruit cake.
1) Hydrate the Fruit & Cool - Place the 500g of Mixed Fruit and 1 cup water into a medium sized saucepan. Bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, pour the fruit mix into a heat proof bowl, and allow to cool to room temperature.
2) Get Ready - Pre heat oven to 140°C Fan forced setting. Either Line a cake tin, or place the Panettone Moulds onto a flat baking tray.
3) Mix it Up - In a large mixing bowl combine 2 eggs, 3 tbsp water and 1/2 cup light olive oil.
Add the hydrated and cooled mixed fruit and stir to combine.
Next add 400g of our Spiced Cake dry mix and stir with a large spoon or spatula until smooth.
4) Either pour into a cake tin, or spoon approximately 100-110g of cake batter into each Panettone Mould.
Bake as per below or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean and cakes are fully cooked. Cool completely before decorating.

Mini Cakes - 110g batter per mould case. Cooking time 30-35 Mins.
4"x 3" Cake - 325g batter per tin. Cooking Time 50-55 Mins
6"x 3" Cake - 650g batter per tin. Cooking Time 60-65 Mins
8"x 3" Cake - 1300g batter per tin. Cooking time 80-85 Mins
