Edible Craft How to - Making Soft Centred Chocolates

Soft centred chocolates are loved for their smooth outer chocolate shell with a creamy soft sweet filling.

You never know what the flavour surprise will be inside.

It is easy to create lots of flavoured fillings using our Roberts Edible Craft Plain Fondant Crème (300g Jar) combined with our Flavoured Food Colourings (available 30ml or 1 litre size).

Just mix a few drops (or 1/4 tsp to taste) of the flavour into 100g of the plain Fondant Crème and mix.

You can also use any of our other flavours (like natural flavours, essences, and liqueur essences) they will add the flavour and aroma but without the colour. (that is, the fondant crème will stay white).

We have filled them in our popular deep fillings moulds Number 85. Try these other Moulds as well 21, 83, 86, 87 or any other mould under our deep filling suggestions.
