Directions: Warm in the microwave in 5-10 second bursts, stirring after each, to a maximum of 43 degrees Celsius.

Storage: Once opened, re-seal tightly and store in dry conditions below 25 degrees Celsius
NOTES:
Ideally keep the product below 50 degrees celcius when in use.
- 50 degrees is ideal
- 60 degrees you may need to constantly stir and mix to avoid separation.
- 70 degrees is too hot and separation will occur. It will cause the product to be a very runny liquid. It will cause a liquid coloured sugar syrup to sit onto of a solid mass of fondant.
There is no food safety risk of it sitting at a higher temperature, but the product will not perform as intended.
Allowing the product to cool, and re heat the same or following day can also be done, as long as no external contaminants have entered the product during the prior use to cause spoilage.
